Website Terms of Use

Effective date: October 12, 2026.

These Terms govern stradem.com and its public content, operated by Stradem, Inc. ("Stradem," "we," "us"). They apply to the extent reasonable notice and any legally required assent establish an enforceable agreement. Paid platform access and professional services are governed by a separate customer agreement.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful evaluation and informational purposes. You must not introduce malicious code, impersonate others, circumvent access controls, disrupt availability or submit unlawful communications. Security testing requires authorization except where applicable law permits otherwise.

2. Ownership

Stradem and its licensors retain rights in website content, design, software and trademarks. You may view and make a reasonable copy for internal evaluation, preserving proprietary notices. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission or an applicable legal right. Website access grants no rights in our platform source code or models.

3. Inquiries and submissions

A website inquiry does not create a services engagement or confidentiality agreement. Do not send credentials, sensitive personal information or proprietary datasets through a public form; contact us to arrange an appropriate channel. You retain rights in submissions and allow us to use them to respond, administer the interaction and meet legal obligations. Submission does not assign your intellectual property or authorize model training.

4. Third party services and privacy

Links and embedded services may be operated by others and subject to their own terms. A link does not constitute endorsement. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling, and our Cookie Policy describes browser technologies and choices. Agreement to these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.

5. Information and disclaimers

Public content is general information and does not promise a delivery commitment or business outcome. We may correct or update it. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. It is not legal, investment or other regulated professional advice. Signed customer commitments and nonwaivable rights remain unaffected.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stradem is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of public website information. This does not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Paid engagements have their separately negotiated terms.

7. Changes and governing law

Changes apply prospectively from the published effective date, with additional notice or assent where required. We may reasonably restrict access to address misuse, security or legal requirements. Delaware law and its state or federal courts govern where legally enforceable, without displacing mandatory rights or forums. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful.
