Stradem, Inc. ("Stradem," "we," "us") provides a platform for customer growth decisions and a team that works with yours. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit stradem.com, contact us or use our services.
1. Scope
This policy covers information we process for our own business purposes. When we process information solely on a customer's instructions, the customer's privacy notice and our agreement with that customer govern that processing. Contact the customer about its data; we assist it as required. Employee and contractor information is addressed in separate workforce notices.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide through inquiries, meetings, account registration and support, such as your name, business email, organization, role and message content. Your organization may provide information to create or administer your account.
For service users, information may include account and permission details, protected authentication records, sign-in information including IP addresses, activity and change history, feedback, collaboration content and usage records. Notes and comments may contain personal information. Hosting and other service providers may also process device, browser and network information needed for their functions.
The current end-customer data path receives aggregate counts reduced within the customer's environment, with small groups pooled before transfer. It does not receive person-level end-customer rows or identifiers through that path. Personal information about account users or client staff remains subject to the applicable privacy obligations.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, manage business relationships, provide and support services, administer accounts, protect systems, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations. We may send relevant business communications where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe from marketing.
Where EEA law applies, we rely on legitimate interests in these business and security activities, balanced against your rights; contractual necessity where you personally are party to the contract; legal obligations where applicable; and consent where required for optional tracking or marketing. Where provision is required for a contract or by law, we explain the requirement and the consequences of not providing it. Acceptance of website terms is not marketing consent. Customer-directed processing follows the customer's instructions and our contractual obligations.
4. How we share information
We use service providers for functions such as hosting, business communications, customer relationship management, scheduling, support and authorized AI processing. Cloudflare provides our application infrastructure. We use HubSpot for business contact management and forms. We plan to use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and interactions when enabled, subject to applicable choices. Providers receive information needed for their authorized functions under applicable contractual safeguards. AI processing involving customer information follows the agreed data-use restrictions; customer information is not used for general-model training or cross-customer benchmarking without separate express authorization and a lawful basis.
We may share account-administration information with your organization, necessary information with confidential professional advisors, information required by law with authorities, and information in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Third-party sites and separately operated services have their own privacy practices. Our Cookie Policy describes browser-based tracking and choices.
5. International processing
Stradem operates from the United States. Our initial primary application storage is planned in the US; EU storage is planned for EU-client onboarding. Providers and authorized personnel may process information in the US and other countries where they operate. EU storage alone does not confine every processing activity to the EU.
For EEA transfers requiring safeguards, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses with additional measures where necessary. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information and a copy where available, subject to lawful redactions.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal requirements. Inquiry and relationship records are retained while handling your request or maintaining the relevant business relationship. Account and service records follow the engagement and agreed closure, export and deletion arrangements. Security records are retained as needed to investigate and address threats. Legal, tax and accounting records follow applicable requirements and limitation periods. Limited suppression records may be retained to honor marketing opt-outs.
We consider purpose, sensitivity, ongoing need and legal obligations when determining retention and reviewing deletion. Customer-directed information follows agreed instructions. Restricted recovery copies or legal holds may require additional retention. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and risks; no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Where applicable law grants rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction; object to certain processing; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising or specified profiling. Rights and exceptions vary by location. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may verify identity proportionately and accept authorized-agent requests as law permits. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a refusal where required. If an appeal right applies, reply to the denial with "Privacy appeal." EEA individuals may complain to their competent supervisory authority. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Cookie choices are explained in our Cookie Policy.
8. California information
Where the CCPA applies, information collected in the preceding 12 months includes identifiers and business/professional contact details, account records, commercial relationship information and internet or electronic activity. We obtain it from you, your organization and your interactions with us. We disclose relevant categories to hosting, CRM, communications, support and authorized processing providers for the purposes above; website identifiers and activity may be disclosed to analytics providers when tracking is enabled. The retention criteria are described above. Customer-directed information follows applicable service-provider or contractor restrictions.
You may request knowledge/access, correction, deletion and portability, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to lawful verification. Covered access, correction and deletion requests generally receive a response within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions and notice; opt-out requests follow their separate deadlines and verification rules. Sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months: none. Our website runs analytics only, and Google Analytics keeps advertising storage and ad personalization turned off. Where required, opt-outs and qualifying browser preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, must be honored for the relevant activity. Login credentials are used for account access and security; if sensitive information is used in a way that triggers a statutory right to limit, the applicable notice and choice will be provided. We update these disclosures at least annually where required.
9. Updates and contact
Our offering is directed to business users and is not intended for children. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information. We update this policy when practices change and give additional notice or seek consent where required.
