This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used by Stradem, Inc. ("Stradem," "we," "us") on stradem.com and the authenticated service. Our Privacy Policy explains related personal-information handling.
1. What cookies do
Cookies are browser records that help a website recognize a device or maintain a session. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts. They may support necessary functions, preferences, measurement or advertising. A technology is not strictly necessary merely because it is useful to our business.
2. Technologies in use
We use HubSpot for forms and business contact management. Depending on enabled tracking and consent features, HubSpot may set the following cookies. The durations below are vendor defaults and can vary with configuration or browser restrictions.
HubSpot analytics: __hstc and hubspotutk identify visits and associate form submissions with contacts; each normally expires after six months. __hssc records session activity for 30 minutes; __hssrc identifies a new browser session and expires when that session ends. These are analytics cookies, including on pages that have a form.
HubSpot privacy preferences: __hs_opt_out remembers a cookie rejection for six months; __hs_do_not_track prevents tracking for six months. Additional security or preference records may depend on enabled HubSpot features.
Google Analytics applies once you accept analytics. Its standard _ga cookie distinguishes visitors, and _ga_<container-id> maintains session state. Each has a default duration of two years; configured expiry may be shorter or renewed on visits. Advertising cookies are not included merely because Analytics is enabled.
The authenticated Stradem service separately uses a session cookie for login and permission management. It is not set on the public marketing site.
3. Your choices
Where consent is required, optional analytics remain inactive until you choose them. Cookie acceptance, rejection and withdrawal are available through the consent banner and the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Acceptance of website terms or continued browsing is not optional-cookie consent. Your analytics choice applies to the optional tracking covered by the Cookie Settings control.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, which may affect login or requested functions. Where applicable law requires it, qualifying browser opt-out signals apply to the relevant sale, sharing or targeted advertising activity. Withdrawal affects future processing and does not undo earlier lawful processing.
4. Third parties, updates and contact
Third-party embeds may receive technical information or set browser records when loaded, subject to the applicable choices. See the inventory above and our Privacy Policy for the relevant processing. We update this policy when technologies change and seek renewed consent where required.
